Can I book a consultation?
Yes, we offer free, 15 minute telephone based consultations to answer questions that you may have and help you to decide if you would like to move forward with services with us.
Do you offer telehealth appointments?
Yes, we utilize HIPAA compliant technology that allows you to attend your sessions using the camera on your computer, tablet or smartphone.
What are your prices and fees?
We participate in many insurance panels and are able to offer sliding scale self pay fees when needed.
What is your new patient procedure?
All paperwork an information is completed in the patient portal. After we secure your name and email address, you will receive a link to your portal where your will complete demographic info, enter your insurance information (if applicable) and complete various intake questionnaires. You will then be contacted to set an initial appointment.
